Private Riding Lessons
Have you ever wanted to learn to ride a horse? At Vision Valley we provide private lessons for 6yrs to adults in our fully enclosed riding arena. Our lessons are conducted one on one with our experienced instructors and are tailored to your needs and level of experience. We offer beginner lessons on the lunge or if you want to build on your skills we also offer basic dressage or jumping.
Group Lessons
For those more experienced riders who have family groups or a group of friends we offer lessons for 2 to 6 riders sharing the arena. For these lessons it is important to match the level of skills of the riders participating. Horses behave differently when in the company of other horses so these lessons are a little more challenging for competent riders.
Bush Trail Rides
Escape the hustle and bustle of your daily routine and take a guided one hour ride through our tranquil bushland property. Enjoy spotting a yellow tailed black cockatoo, swamp wallaby or goanna in our scenic wildlife refuge. Our carefully selected horses are suitable for complete beginners through to experienced riders and the difficulty of your ride is tailored to your needs. We can take groups of up to 10 to 12 riders at a time or divide large groups of up to 40 people throughout the day. Experienced riders are encouraged to come in small groups of other experienced riders to maximise the enjoyment of their ride.
Birthday Parties
We offer three different birthday party packages to suit different ages of children, time allowances and budget. All party packages include a minimum ½ hr horse ride and grooming session and a catered lunch with your choice of sausage sizzle or gourmet hamburgers followed by paddle pops. Cakes can be provided on request for an additional charge.

Testimonials
“I have been riding at Vision Valley since I was six. I have been lucky to have made so many horse friends. I really like learning how to look after the horses as well. All the horses at Vision Valley have real horsenality!”

“The things I really like about the Vision Valley Horse Centre are the fantastic facilities and the terrific people. This coupled with a safe and nurturing environment that helps the rider learn and extend their abilities in a fun and supportive atmosphere is what makes Vision Valley a great place to be. I have been very happy with the way that our young rider has been able to develop good riding habits under the expert guidance of the Vision Valley Horse Team. The good thing about Vision Valley’s approach is that it is not just about sitting on a horse - it is about having fun and learning to ride safely and confidently. With lessons, trails, camps, birthday parties and now jumping – Vision Valley has it all!”Stuart Lowe, parent of David Richey-Lowe
"Our daughter has been riding at Vision Valley Horse Centre since January 2009. She has made great progress by having individual lessons. She is now at a standard where she is able to have a group lesson with a small group. The hour lesson is spent jumping or going on a trail ride where they learn a lot of skills. Horse riding is the highlight of her week.
The staff are all wonderful people. Great fun and excellent teachers. Another thing that is so good about the Vision Valley Horse Centre is that students are able to tack, brush and feed the horses. There is a lovely atmosphere and we all feel so welcome. I could not recommend the Vision Valley Horse Centre more highly".
